What was the name of the child gang leader in East asia who led a band of child guerillas?

I forgot the name. The place is either Thailand, Cambodia or Vietnam. Something out of a horrific tale. A village gets butchered by the government army soldiers, and the surviving children, some of them, led by a five year old (!) boy who manages to get weapons and kills the military unit that killed their village, and hold off the government's answering force in the jungle.

i remember that...that was awhile ago wasnt it? It was in thailand and they called themselves "God's army"...the leaders were two twins named Luther and Johnny Htoo. heres a link:
