The food ordered is brought to the table in individual copper bowls which stand on a copper candle warmer. Larger bowls and stands usually contain the rice. I have only seen these in Indian restaurants.
What is the name of the copper bowl and candle warmer put on the table to serve food in Indian restaurants?
I believe they are called sterno candles and I am not sure about the warmers but you can get them at any restaurant supply store.
