What is the name of this sculptor and the museum this sculpture is permanently exhibited in?

this sculpture consists of all the possible unique combinations of 3 kinds of cubes. however, in the plans displayed on the wall, the artist himself got it wrong twice. he had calculated the number of combos and thought he had left out 2. later, when he completed the final sculpture, he or his workers discovered and eliminated 9 of these because he had planned or made too many.

I just saw that sculpture at an exhibit of modern art influences at BYU in Utah. It was on loan. Call them. 801-422-8287
