The boy - 18-20 years old, finds a medal that gives him a super power and transform him in something like power ranger, a red one I think. He fights with some aliens. It is not anime and not a serial. At the end of the movie the boy is presented as student in the local highschool. It is old movie, maybe from 2000 year.
