I used to think it was angel bites, but it turns out they're not. It's just basically a double piercing on the side of the lip, same place as a single lower lip piercing.
What is the name for a double piercing at the side of the lip?
it's called spider bites. snake bites is where its one on each side of the lower lip

If the piercings are one at each side of the lip then it's called snake bites or venoms.
