I think they were made by Brachs but i'm not really sure. I remember that the commercial for them always had a little girl at her grandmas house and the little girl would reach into her pocket and the caramels were in there and the always said thanks grandma.
What is the name of the caramel candy that was in a blue bag, individually wrapped and had a milky center?
