Reply:It's actually called adderall and it's not to make u smarter, it's to help u stay focused. I in fact have been living w/ADD (attention deficit disorder, which mean u have a hard time focusing on one thing at a time) for my entire life, been diagnosed and have paper work on it. Friends and family can clearly notice the disorder in my actions. It makes me mad that people misconstrue this disorder and the medication associated w/it. I did take ritalin when I was younger and was miserable but I did stay focused on school. I like informing people on facts rather than listening to hear-say. It's been researched and proven that people with "learning disabilities" r actually above average in intellegence. So please, research things before u blurt them out like u know what ur talking about.
Reply:there is NO pill that makes you smarter.
If you want to do well on exams, study appropriately, EAT WELL (make sure you get enough carbs to keep you energized, and enough protein to feed your brain) and GET ENOUGH SLEEP so you can be clear and focused.
OH yeah, and alcohol kills brain cells, so don't spend your time getting blasted, you are just making it harder on yourself.
Don't rely on pills, the easy fix never gets you anywhere, but hard work and dedication always pay off in the end.
Reply:Adderall. The thing is a beautiful thing for college if used wisely. WOuld use it a couple times a semester since Professors seem to have Mid Terms at the SAME time. Not unrealistic to have all 5 classes with a midterm in a 2 day period.
I preferred using it FOR the exam and not the studying part. I used it for the studying part when I had ALOT of material to cover over a short period of time.
Reply:Well, not to be rude, but if you are asking for a pill to make you "more smart", you might not have much luck. Certain medications that aimed to treat ADD help you focus, but it won't fill your brain with information that you didn't know before.
Reply:It is likely some sort of stimulant drug. If the guy is using a drug legally, it is likely just a caffeine pill; however, there is a growing use of drugs like Ritalin, which is typically prescribed for individuals with ADHD. This drug does not make anybody smarter; rather, for individuals without ADHD, it tends to provide a short-term improvement in mental arousal and memory. Thus, you will recall more information that you crammed for before an exam. This only works for about 12 to 24-hours--depending on how much was used--and then usually individuals will experience a low or crash, in which the memorized information is lost. I would not recommend doing this. There can be serious side effects from using any prescription drug improperly, and this is definitely an improper use.
Reply:I am pretty sure that pill is called adderall...not sure of the spelling though.
Reply:Sorry I'm not sure. I didn't have to take a pill for SAT. ;{
Reply:based on your grammar and question I think you should ingest alot of them when you find them
Reply:adderall is what ppl take. It is mostly given to ADD or ADHD kids but college ppl take it to help them study and focus. You should try it....its great
